Services

I offer graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, brand identity, responsive website design, print design, and packaging design. Specific details for each service will be outlined in separate agreements or project proposals to ensure clarity and alignment.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using my website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use my website or services.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out forms or engaging with my services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

Project Proposals and Quotes

All project details, including timelines, deliverables, and payment, will be outlined in a proposal or quote. Acceptance of a project quote constitutes a binding agreement to the specified terms.

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to start any project.

• Full payment must be made before final files are delivered.

• Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, direct debit, or bank transfer. Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

Revisions and Approval

• The number of revisions allowed per project will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Once the final design is approved, no further changes can be made without additional fees.

Intellectual Property

• All preliminary designs remain my property. Upon full payment, the final approved design will be transferred to the client.

• I retain the right to display the completed project in my portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

• You warrant that any elements of text, images, or other artwork you provide for use in the design are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

• I am not responsible for verifying the ownership of client-provided materials, and I will not be liable for copyright or trademark infringement.

Limitation of Liability

• I will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of my website or services.

• In no event shall my liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

Cancellation Policy

• Either party may terminate the project in writing at any time.

• If the project is terminated after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment proportional to the work completed.

Third-Party Services

I may use third-party services (e.g., web hosting, printing) in the course of providing my services. I am not responsible for the performance of these third parties.

Modifications to the Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
