TrainYo set out to make careers in tech sales more accessible by training and placing aspiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from diverse backgrounds. They needed a brand identity and digital presence that could resonate with both learners and hiring partners, while clearly communicating credibility, inclusivity, and a modern edge.
Process
I worked closely with the TrainYo team to understand their mission, values, and positioning, focusing on balancing professional trust with youthful energy. I developed a bold yet approachable visual identity, supported by vibrant digital assets and editorial-style layouts that reflected their dynamic training model. Alongside the brand identity, I designed a clean, scrollable landing page to clearly explain the programme, as well as social media templates and marketing materials to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Result
The final outcome was a cohesive brand system that speaks effectively to both trainees and employers. The refreshed identity, landing page, and supporting assets helped TrainYo communicate with clarity, build trust, and strengthen their reputation as a credible gateway into tech sales careers.
