The Works needed engaging and responsive email marketing campaigns that would drive customer engagement across multiple devices and platforms.

I worked closely with The Works’ internal design team to create visually engaging newsletters and affiliate banners aligned with the brand’s colours and seasonal promotions. Each campaign was designed to be fully responsive, optimised for both desktop and mobile, and structured with clear calls to action to improve click-through rates.



Result


The email campaigns improved user engagement, strengthened brand consistency across digital channels, and contributed to higher conversion rates within the client’s marketing efforts.
